The perfect business for most people like you is the opportunity for a lot of money to get into your pocket and is the one that requires none of your money for the investment. It offers the possibility or better yet the probability of large capital gains. It offers tax advantages and it offers large cash flow. All of the above comes with you in the management position with a large income that one day leads to a business that allows you to retire and still earn a small fortune in retirement too. I will bet you are tired of people telling you what to look for with the perfect business. If they know so much why can't they simply show you the perfect business. Right?

One of the most important criteria to weigh is the fact that if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. But take this statement with care. It comes with a major drawback. When McDonalds was new It cost an average of $25,000 to $50,000 to own one of their franchises. I passed on one that offered a 40% per year cash flow, thinking it was too good to be true. Many became millionaires their first year. Had they applied the sounds too good to be true to it, they too would have never become a millionaire. Many people who are afraid to invest their capital where it could be lost are people who will seldom if ever make large capital gains. My parents were so afraid of losing capital that they took a guaranteed loss every year because of taxes and inflation while hoarding their money in low interest bank accounts that could not out gain taxes and inflation. That is right, they watched their retirement provide less and less purchasing power every year until after about 20 years they needed help from their children.

Now the best way to avoid that problem is to look at opportunities that do not require money out of your pocket. You can not lose what you do not put in. But you can win if the offer is right. These offers are far and few between. But a smart man with little or no cash can become wealthy if he simply finds some thing that everyone needs, everyone can afford and everyone wants.

There are many mlm's that do that but the competition is overwhelming because most of them sell products that are too similar. Do not be so smart that you are stupid though. Do not be so closed minded that you will not do what it takes to become successful. When you find that perfect business, compare it to the alternative. If you have a brain it will tell you the better offer. If you are a procrastinator, there is no hope. You must learn to make decisions in life whether you are right or wrong.
