This headline is a great example of grabbing attention and creating interest. If this was placed amongst other standard real estate advertisements do you think it would stand out? Of course it would and as such more people are likely to read it.

BE CONTROVERSIAL

or

Naturally this is just an example. There are many other ways to be controversial just look at what politicians do to get noticed.
