Despite popular belief, excessive aerobic exercise actually works against you when it comes to taking off stored fat. It does not burn a lot more calories than other forms of exercise and when done to excess it actually starts to burn less and less calories.

In most gyms, you will find dynamic workouts that offer the benefits of strength training and aerobics at once. This allows you to boost your metabolism so you burn a higher number of calories even after the workout is over and to see faster weight loss results.

The best fitness health clubs are now training small groups of clients together with dynamic movements that strengthen and tone while pumping up the heart rate. Clients are able to workout just a few days a week and outperform clients at other gyms that workout almost every day!

Aerobic Exercise is Outdated

No one wants to lose weight the "old fashioned way," but so many researchers and professionals in the health industry claim that the old methods are the only way to take off weight and keep it off long term. This simply is not true because many of the "old fashioned" concepts of fitness such as aerobic exercise are outdated.

Aerobic workouts have always failed in providing fast weight loss. It may be true that there is some fat loss happening for those who do aero everyday, but how long can they put up with it and if ever they tire out, will they still be able to keep their bods. Why put yourself through that when health clubs now have better options? You will get astounding results in way less than the time aerobics will demand from you!
