Gyrokinesis - A New Form of Exercise

Gyrokinesis takes the best parts of yoga, dance, gynmastics, and tai-chi, and combines them into a new form of exercise.

Gyrokinesis is a form of training that trains the entire body all at one time. This form of exercise is very challenging and performed through a wide range of spiraling movements. Those with experience have said that it sends waves of circulation to the organs and tissues while it oxygenates the blood and stimulates the nervous system. It puts you in a state of meditation, something we all desperately need but never have time for. With Gyrokinesis you will be able to connect with your body and you feel how your muscles work together, flowing from movement to movement.
