Do you need a plan to lose weight? Then I have something for you! I'm about to show you one ofmy personal methods I know that help you lose weight fast. You should know that that my methods are radical and not for the weary.

Let's begin with my favourite 4 Step Weight Loss Plan. It's my favourite because using advanced NLP, (Neuro Linguistic Programming) makes living a healthy lifestyle so much easier. Preparation is the first key important step.
1) Take 30 minutes each day to vividly imagine yourself with the physique you'd like, i.e. slim, perhaps some muscles etc. Visualise yourself eating healthy foods and really enjoying the taste of them and wanting to eat and drink healthy all the time. Also imagine yourself exercising and really enjoying it. I personally am not interested in the gym, but I love martial arts, so I imagined myself training with shaolin monks, loving the hard-core physical training. For you, your passion might be running, rowing, skiing, dancing, mountaineering etc. Imagine yourself looking young and healthy and really enjoying life, being totally fit. Imagine yourself smiling, wearing nice clothes, looking in the mirror and thinking that person in the mirror is hot! This can take some getting used to, but stick with it, you are teaching your mind to love and accept yourself and give yourself positive feelings about being healthy and exercising. You are making the transition easier.
2) The next step is to begin to act as if you are already fit and healthy and that means, you value, love and respect your body and would not even entertain the idea of putting junk in there. You would not even look twice at fizzy drinks, chocolate, sweets, caffeine, carbonated drinks, fatty, sugary foods. Avoid them altogether. A neat trick is to imagine something really disgusting like sewers, imagine the smell, then imagine all the bad food and drinks you like all mixed up together in this sewer like one big horrid soup! If you spend enough time imagining this clearly, any time you see unhealthy food, you'll remember the rancid soup and you won't want to eat it! How about that for beating a craving!
3) Then begin actually drinking water instead of coffee, tea, cola etc. Just plain, pure water.
*Did you know that many athletes consume between 3-4 litres of water per day and the American Armed Forces that currently occupy Afghanistan said to the BBC that they each consume between 8-10 litres of water per day!*
I recommend you drinking between 2-4 litres of water every day, it has no calories and helps cleanse your system and hydrate your body. You'll also feel less hungry. For the first 2-3 days you will visit the toilet more, but that is a good thing as your body flushes out harmful toxins. Things will level out after that.
4) Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and avoid meat if you can help it, this will turbo charge your results. Eat smaller amounts and eat more regularly. Your stomach (when healthy) is actually around the same size as your fist. The amount of food you eat in one sitting should not be any bigger than that. Have you ever been to a posh restaurant and thought that the portions were exceedingly small? That is why.
If you continue practicing all of the above, you'll find the weight will drop off. My clients say that they tend to lose 1-3 lbs. per day. per day on the above plan. I'm sure it'll work for you too.
