Why is interval training so important? Truth to tell, it allows one to lose weight fast and effective. When you are interval training, you are burning tons of calories - far more than you ever would with traditional aerobics exercises. This is the reason why this specific regimen is so important. It delivers results - quickly. Additionally, it makes your heart a lot healthier and stronger.
