Reducing Cellulite

All women know what cellulite looks like - it's the appearance of small bumps and ripples under the skin, most commonly seen on the thighs. A combination of fibrous collagen strands and fat cells that increase in size, which cause the appearance of cellulite on your skin. Very few people care how it happens; they just want to know how to get rid of it! You can improve your cellulite at home without spending much money on products!

No matter how skinny you are, if cellulite is showing up on your body, then you are carrying way too much body fat. Cellulite is related to fat storage and the best place to start is with your nutrition. Stay away from oily junk food and rather stock your fridge with fresh fruits and vegetables. Have some chicken, fish and on occasion red meat. It will help improve your health, cellulite and immune system.

Combine an intelligent workout program to your new healthy nutritional habits. It will decrease your body fat levels and the muscle movements willl also increase the lymphatic system, which will also help flush out toxins, thus improving cellulite. You don't need to join a gym to exercise; you can do it at home! Exercise is great for your general health and it will improve your cellulite.

The gathering of toxins in the lymphatic systems plays a huge role in acquiring cellulite, therefore you must increase your circulation around your trouble areas. You can do this by dry brushing the skin - buy a body brush at the local health shop and start brushing your problem areas twice a day. Your skin will become extra soft thanks to the exfoliating action, the brush has, it will also speed up the blood circulation and that will help drain away the toxins.

While buying your body brush at the health shop, also look for an essential oil mix specifically aimed at reducing cellulite. After you did your dry brushing in the morning and evening, spend a little time to massage the oil into the cellulite area. This will help cure your cellulite problem at home, where there will be need for you to waste your money at high end salons on a lymph drainage massage. The massage you give yourself to apply the oils will also relax you!

You can't pick just one of the above mentioned things and only do that, it won't work alone. Do them all! Get your healthy, balanced diet stared, and throw some exercise into the mix. Set time aside every morning and evening to focus only on dry brushing and massaging your cellulite areas with the essential oils. Plan, so you know when you have time - if you rush through everything you might not end up with great results.


Be sure to start a Houston Workout Program that has you lifting weights. Don't join any Houston Exercise program that does not involve weight resistance.
