A proper dieting plan is essential if you want to get rid of body fat. Initially, you might face internal resistance whenever you change your eating habits. But if you keep up with it for a few days or weeks, you might notice the resistance fading away. You will then be able to embrace the new habit easily.

The first thing you can do for losing weight is to go for a low fat dieting plan. A low fat diet does not mean you should completely cut out fats. It only means that you have to restrict and limit fat intake. Below are given some points to guide you in the right direction.

How To Get Rid of Fat With Dieting and Exercises:

1. Avoid trans fat - Processed and packaged foods contain high amount of trans fat which should be avoided. You can check the labels of products like biscuits, cookies and chips to find out how much trans fat they contain. Similarly avoid other junk food items as much as you can.

2. Restrict intake of saturated fat - There are 2 kinds of fats - unsaturated and saturated. Experts believe that eating lot of saturated fat may lead to cardiovascular diseases. Animal products like meat and dairy items are high in saturated fat.

This does not mean that you should completely stop consuming meat and other diary items. You just need to limit intake of these items in order to get rid of fat in your body and lose weight.

3. Increase protein intake - There are certain foods which are rich in protein. You should make these foods a regular part of your meal. Chicken, fish, turkey etc are examples of such food.

4. Eat vegetables - Vegetables are low in fat, but high in nutrition. Include more vegetables in your diet by making a habit of eating salad with each meal. Try to eat raw vegetables instead of cooked ones for maximum benefit.

5. Do some walking daily - Do brisk walking everyday for 30 minutes. This should not be difficult at all. You should be able to find 30 minutes of time no matter how busy you are.

Don't give any excuses that you are too busy. You should be able to spare half an hour everyday for the sake of your health and well being. If you find it boring to walk alone, then ask a friend to join you for the daily walk. Both of you can enjoy fresh air.
