Have a flat stomach is very sexy and everyone wants a flat and tone stomach. Having a flat stomach is a sign of great health and fitness. Everyone finds a lean stomach to be super attractive and appealing. But, most people just have a hard time to the right things in order to achieve a flat and tone stomach.
For those of you who are trying to get a six pack stomach, I am going to give you a valuable lesson on what to do and what not to do. But, before I begin, here are some of the biggest mistakes I see people make time and time again when trying to get a six pack stomach. And trust me, I am sure you are making some of these very same mistakes that many people make. Even some of my own weight loss clients have made these mistakes in the past.
First of all, most people do abdominal exercises every single day. This is not necessary. No amount of sit-ups and crunches is going to take the fat off your stomach.
Another problem is that most people are doing long hours of cardio to burn adipose tissue. Again, this is totally wrong.
Third, some people buy those silly abdominal gadgets as seen on television. These crazy abdominal gadgets do nothing, but waste your hard earned money. The people that sell these abdominal gadgets are just preying on those people who are desperate to get a six pack, taking advantage of them. Don't even think about using those silly abdominal machines and bogus wieght loss pills.
Here are 5 essential steps you need to do in order to get a flat and tone tummy:
1. You must eat a diet that consists of 5 health and balanced meals per day, so you will skyrocket your metabolic rate, which will allow you to melt more and more fat.
2. You must lift weights to increase your muscle density, which will further increase your metabolism and burn more fat for many hours afterwards.
3. Perform whole-body workouts that will have you burning tons of calories. Forget that arm or chest day. Whole-body workouts will ignite your metabolism and melt the fat right off your body and stomach.
4. Stop focusing on abdominal exercises and start focusing on whole-body workouts using weights.
5. Forget slow-paced cardio and start interval training. Interval training is a intense, stop and go type of training that will have you burning more calories for a longer period of time.
Do these 5 things and you are bound to be sporting a great six pack stomach and losing all your excess fat all over your body in no time.
