The Big Role of Insulin In Your Exercise Program

What does a weight loss exercise have to do with insulin? A lot, actually. Chances are, if you're fighting the "Battle of the Bulge" and losing, you've got insulin resistance. However, fat loss exercises along with a different eating plan than the one you're probably following can change that. Here's why.

You would know if you have insulin resistance if you have problems with keeping your energy up and with controlling your hunger pangs. Getting that in control with an exercise program and a high-protein, low carbohydrate diet is going to do a lot to make sure that calories that normally become fat won't be, and instead will be burned off.

The best tandem to bust the fat is a good workout protocol and a diet that's protein-rich and low in carbs. A good exercise program and the right diet (low carb, high protein meals) will make you burn more calories and you'll start to feel good inside and out. Even better, though, your exercise program becomes something you can do with enthusiasm, so that you can build muscle and further burn fat.

Lack of physical activity means more fat stores while tons of energy equates to successful fat loss!

When you are experiencing insulin resistance, you lack energy and eventually feel heavy and bad about yourself. You begin to look bad and less confident because of the unsightly fats you carry with you. A low carbohydrate high-protein diet will give you the energy you need, but best of all, the weight you don't want simply seems to fall off of you. You are able to burn calories at a higher rate through the exercise program.

Most people are not aware that if they have insulin resistance, they will grow fat, and vice versa. These two are always together and this conventional philosophy on fat loss supports insulin resistance and obesity. Why? Because the usual stigma on the way to lose fat is aerobics plus a high carb low fat diet, you absorb these principles into your lifestyle. Unfortunately, that is EXACTLY what makes your body hang on to fat. Break free from the usual notion that these fitnese geniuses have been promoting (chances are, you'll see that these people are just as anybody else is). Explore a better direction in fat loss and be able to have the power to change your body.

It's really true; if you're currently fat and tired, an exercise program comprised of high-intensity interval training along with a high-protein, low carbohydrate diet is going to give you the body you want and give you lots of energy, too. Break free from insulin resistance. Just try it. Do 20 minutes a day, three days a week, of high-intensity interval training, and follow a high-protein, low carbohydrate diet for a couple of weeks. See if you don't see results. The result is that you'll lose a couple of excess fat and surprise yourself with the amount of energy you now have.
