It's not all about accepting genetic fate or gritting your teeth and willing yourself not to eat that last piece of cake. 1. We put so much effort and time into aerobic workout which truly isn't the number one program for weight loss.

Gyms and health clubs are just loaded with stationary bikes, treadmills and elliptical machines? It is time to turn things around and make sure that we spend time on a program that's worth our energy and cash. They might say it has been effective for the longest time, but how come instead of having more sexy folks, we end up as a fat population?
