You may find yourself being greeted at the door by your dog that is ready for you to take it for a jog. This will make you want to put on your running shoes and get out and get to work. You may think of taking your dog with you for just the beginning of the jog. Maybe you could run around the block a time or two to get warmed up with your dog. Then you could swing back around to your house and drop it off and then begin your regular workout. This may be a great solution for you to help you get out and run on a more consistent basis.
