Another easy thing that people may not even consider is to run with someone else. Finding a running partner could be a great solution to help you develop better habits of running more often. If you can find someone to run with regularly, you will see that it's easier for you to find motivation. Someone will be looking forward to running with you so this will put a little pressure on yourself to get out and run too. You will also be able to talk to them and this will help make it less boring when you're running. It may be someone that is in your neighborhood or someone that you could meet up with at a local park.

These are easy suggestions that people may overlook because they are very simple. It does not take that much effort to help make running more fun. You will see that it is a lot easier to succeed.
