Making a schedule for how you will work in your Internet business will save you time and help you to become more productive. This business can seem overwhelming at first, and by chunking it down into manageable tasks it will all come together for you.

I have found that by choosing the exact activities you will engage in, planning the times of day you will be working, and making both a weekly and a monthly written plan and schedule for conducting your business.

When you are new online, you may have difficulty in choosing the daily activities that will build your business on the Internet. I have devised the 5 pronged approach to this, and this includes article marketing, blogging, teleseminars, social networking, and affiliate marketing.

By spending time in each of these areas on a daily basis, you will lay the foundation that will carry you through on your way to profits. I always say that when I wasn't sure what to do next during my first year, I always wrote another article and submitted it to the article directories.

The time of day you get your work done can not be underestimated. Decide if you are working full or part time, and then assign yourself a schedule that includes the hours you will work each day.

I typically work for about two hours each morning, and then leave my house to handle other personal matter for about five or six hours. When I return home I will again work for about three to four hours. Later in the evening I will work for another hour or two.

Throughout the day I will put in about seven solid hours, while also being able to do what I need to do in my personal life. Make a schedule like this for yourself.

Write down what you intend to accomplish over the next week and month. Write it down so that you can refer to this schedule and see how it is working out for you. I found that it became more doable once I would see it all written down. I was also able to tweak and change the hours I would be working so that it fit into my current lifestyle.

Another thing to consider is that you will be able to write articles and blog posts more easily and much faster over time, and ideas will come that will help you to grow your business more quickly and efficiently. Finally your business will be on its way to profitability.
