Key number four stated to focus your energies on those that are generating the most. That by all means does not suggest ignoring all of the other affiliates. When it comes to building relationships, share information with your affiliates, it goes back to what we were talking about earlier with training and educating your affiliates on the best practices. If you are seeing your conversions increase because of a certain promotion, or increase because of a certain piece of content that certain affiliates are using, share that information.
Your affiliates should always be informed about whats going on. Your affiliates are much more likely going to promote for you every month if they feel as if they are apart of your team and sales force, so that is your duty to ensure that by openly sharing information about whats going on.
