Today you can market on the Internet in numerous ways and grow your business. The key is to develop a well-rounded marketing strategy and then refine it according to the niche your business is in.

2. Develop a website and blog simultaneously. This is a great strategy for marketing any small business today.

Your website can be updated at any time. This was always a problem with a static yellow page listing or display ad.

You can also develop a mobile website. People continue to search more using their cell phones and you need to a website that presents itself well in a smaller application.

3. Your keyword list is extremely important. If you are a local business you can rank highly much quicker targeting keyword phrases and include your city and state in them.
