I am a sufferer of prolonged migraines, but I have adopted a few easy techniques to relieve the pain, and most of the time by doing these exercises I have cured my headaches.

There are many simple methods to reduce headaches:
. Get fresh air every hour for 5 minutes every 90 minutes of work
. Do some body stretching during the day. Humans are animals designed to be moving all the time. Humans are not designed to sit at a desk all day. When you feel fatigue, it's your body telling you it needs a rest or stretch. SO listen to it!
Other tips during the day include:
. Drink green tea at your desk but having a teapot handy is more desirable
. Sit on a comfortable office chair with a soft and confortable base
. Ensure your posture is straight, correct and relaxed
. Try not to sit side on to the monitor, sit facing it straight onto the screen
. Do some simple body massages on yourself every 2 hours to help blood circulate through your body and your head, this also helps your body relax with a simple massage
. Don't sit too close to the monitor

Drinking green is great and it is packed full of anti-oxidants. Green tea is particularly good after snacks and lunches.

When you sit with the correct posture, your body and backside des not feel strained. If you sit in in a bad posture, headaches and fatigue will affect you very quickly.
Sitting side on to your monitor causes your body to strain and blood circulation becomes poor. This can lead to headaches quickly. So don't do this!
Massage helps your blood circulate better throughout your body, therefore helping your body function better, and headaches to occur less frequently or not at all.
Sitting too close to your monitor causes your eyes to be weary and tired faster due to the bright radiation, and this can lead to headaches.
