Deciding on an appropriate gift for someone special is always a challenge. It could be a birthday celebration or anniversary and it has to be 'just right.'
Take jewelry for example. Now there's an example of what would have to be one of the most effective items for successfully enticing the check book or credit card out of the handbag or pocket. And for good reason. After all who can resist the powerful attraction of a magnificent piece of designer jewelry just begging for you to take it home, or buy it in anticipation of winning someone's heart? There is virtually little likelihood that this would fail.
The enormous size of the jewelry trade is testimony enough. Diamond jewelry in 2008 accounted for US$70.3 billion in sales shared by 250,000 retailers around the world. Sales of other precious gems and jewelry were in addition to that.
The sheer range of the choices is therefore huge if you are considering the purchase of diamond jewelry or a gemstone which often makes a decision quite difficult - certainly when considering the purchase of a high ticket item like a diamond. But the dilemma remains because there has to be a logical explanation for making a certain choice. Apart from their obviously beautiful appearance what is it that determines the choice of one piece over the other if you have two apparently identical stones side by side and you may choose just one?
And therefore the question is "why am I being attracted to this particular stone."?" You may not be aware of it but some powerful forces are at work here and those forces have been around since the beginning of time. It may not be obvious but both have a voice, or more precisely an individual vibrational signature.
The human body, like the two precious stones, is made up of minerals and base elements, and is in a constant state of emitting its own energy field around it. In the span of just a few decades scientists have gone from a conviction that there is no such thing as an energy field around the human body, to an absolute certainty that it does in fact exist.
Now, back to our diamonds. As like attracts like, the energy of each piece will begin to resonate with the admirer and a connection will be created with that stone through the interaction of the energy fequency. Whether you're conciously aware of it or not you will be drawn quite naturally to a certain stone through the interaction of energy resonating at similar frequencies. This attraction is often casually explained as a 'gut' feeling which is essentially correct but is saying precisely the same thing.
Although we can't see it everything is constantly pulsating with vibrational energy. No surprise then since the entire universe is energy in motion.
It's definitely worth taking some time over the purchase of a beautiful diamond and it's certainly not the right moment to indulge in an impulse buy. Insist on a little time and space so you can make the correct choice without being pressured into making your decision. The store manager may think you are slightly odd if you start talking to it on his counter so it's best if you keep that till later and just quietly come to a decision guided by 'gut' feeling or intuition which is totally reliable - it's the same thing, believe me!
Having made the decision get to know your precious jewel, spend time quietly admiring it and try to build an affinity with it. All cystals and precious gems including diamonds rubies emeralds and sapphires have powerful energy vibrations, the most powerful of all being the diamond. Make the correct choice and it will continually reward you if you go about things the right way - but that's another story!
