Daily creating starts before you go to sleep. It takes practice but it will be fantastic for you. Dont be too tired that you drop of to sleep! You've finished all your practical stuff and put your head on pillow, then close your eyes and reflect on the events of your day - what did you do, how did it go, what was good what was not, just like a quick xray process skim through the day.
Then let go of it, this might not be as easy as it sounds. things might keep running through the mind, but stick with the format, write it down beforehand to remind you. Tell yourself to move on.
If you know EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)tap on letting go of the thoughts and situations of the day. You must reflect and accept the day without blaming, beating yourself up, getting angry or frustrated , just see it like a quick snap shot and then simply accept that you will do 'better' tomorrow and you were doing the best you could at that time.
Now move to creating tomorrow, the really best way to learn this is to start with creating 'how you will FEEL' tomorrow - rather than trying to create something that you dont think will be possible. You will already be familiar with our 'busy' ego story, - yeah like I can create a new job, if only!'
So start with something that you believe could be possible, like describing what your mood will be like. Now choose what that will be, light, happy, carefree, joyful, content, relaxed what ever you wish to choose and picture your new day, spending a little longer and imagine your self meeting, greeting, waking, talking, behaving and acting like your desired creation mood.
Do the best you can as it might not easy for some people to 'tune' in to what this might feel like, but you could attempt to recall moments when you have felt like this in the past and imagine it in tomorrows creation.
Write down on two seperate sheets of paper what it is you are creating and put one under your pillow so that you can dream and the other next to your bed so that when you wake up you are reminded of your creation immediately. Spend a couple of minutes reminding yourself about your new day and how you want it to be and write it down and then off to slumber
Dont worry AT ALL if you dont manage to create everything today, it does not matter you are on the path to practicing creating, dont ever feel that you have failed. Accept that tonight you have another shot at it. Do not try to create the impossible ( although nothing is really impossible) in your mind, if you are depressed and have been for a while, dont try to create a day of happiness, choose to create something that you believe will help you feel better. An example might be to create making a healthy delicious lunch with a happy smile on your face and get through that hour enjoying your creation. Trust the process, start small, very small and build it each day. In 6 weeks you will become a daily pro actve creator!
